What LendFox is

LendFox is software automation for Bitfinex margin funding. It places and manages lending offers in your own Bitfinex account using an API key you provide. It is a tool, not an investment service — we do not hold your funds, and we do not provide investment advice.

What you accept by using it

• Rates are set by the market. Past performance and backtests are not a promise of future returns; yields fall when markets are quiet.
• Exchange risk is yours. Funds kept on any exchange, including Bitfinex, carry counterparty risk that no software can remove.
• Lock-ups happen by design. The engine may lend for periods up to 120 days when rates are unusually high.
• The service is provided as-is, without warranties. You can pause the engine or revoke the API key at any time.

Stack BTC (optional)

If you switch on Stack BTC, LendFox will, on the schedule and at the percentage you set, move a share of your earned funding interest from your funding wallet to your exchange wallet and place a limit buy order for BTC — all inside your own Bitfinex account.

• This is mechanical execution, not advice. You choose whether to convert interest and how much. We do not recommend Bitcoin, or any allocation to it.
• The price risk is entirely yours. Bitcoin is volatile and can fall a long way. Interest you convert stops earning lending yield.
• The key cannot withdraw. Stack BTC requires a second API key, and we refuse any key with withdrawal permission enabled. Bought BTC stays in your Bitfinex account; moving it anywhere is up to you.
• Orders are limit orders and may fill partially or not at all; unspent budget rolls into the next round. Exchange fees, spreads, and slippage are yours.
• Converting assets may be a taxable event where you live. We do not give tax advice.
• You can switch it off at any time, and every round — including skipped and failed ones — is listed in your dashboard.

Fees

Free during beta. At launch: a flat monthly subscription, announced in advance — LendFox never takes a percentage of your interest. Bitfinex separately keeps 15% of earned interest.
